Order Cancellation Policy
- If the customer wishes to cancel the order for any reason, they can simply send an email to Selvasonshop@gmail.com
- For successful cancellation before shipping, 5% of the product value would be deducted from the customer account, with the remaining value being credited back to the source account.
- • For successful cancellation after shipping, 10% of the product value would be deducted from the customer account, with the remaining value being credited back to the source account.
- If the product is out of stock, without any questions, you will receive a full / partial refund.
