Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Your Return, Exchange & Refund Policy will be processed if

• Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.
• Only unused Products can be returned.
• The return product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• There was a problem with the size fit.
• If we send any mismatched products

How to Return or Exchange the Products?

Please send a Return or Exchange request with Received Product photos, Order number and the Reason for the return or Exchange to selvasonshop@gmail.com Then, You will receive the mail confirmation once we approve your Return or Exchange request.

Then, Send your product to

• Please send the tracking details in the same Return (or) Exchange confirmation email. Once we
received your product, our team will check it. If the product is received wrong of used Product, we will
return back to you.
• When your product doesn’t meets our policies (original packaging with all tags) we deduct 10%
from the value of your product and send it back to your Source account
• The above amount shall be collected from the customer to cover the cost of courier charges,
labour expenses, and packaging costs according to company guidelines.

Refund Process

• In the case of Prepaid Order, Your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the
returned item.
• In case of COD orders, NEFT transfer will be processed within 4-8 business days after we receive
your return.
• If the product is out of stock, without any questions, you will receive a full / partial refund.
